Each new employee is thoroughly trained using the Uncle Sam's Pizza Training Manual. High quailty service can only be achieved with well trained employees.

4) Customer Appreciation Program:
We have two goals regarding our customers: 1) Consistently serve each customer high quality products with high quality personable service; and 2) Make certain every single customer knows we appreciate his/her business.

5) Computerized Operating/Accounting System:
Order taking, inventory analysis, sales summaries, coupon analysis, management reports and accounting are all very simple tasks to perform with our computer system.

6) Advertising/Promotions Program:
Menu, advertising and flyer layouts are provided. You will receive individual assistance each month with your restaurant’s advertising/promotions program.

7) Weekly And Monthly Franchisor Consultation:
A weekly and monthly analysis of your restaurant’s sales and costs will be performed by the franchisor. Ther franchisor will then discuss each weekly/monthly analysis with you either in person or over the phone.
